sent an email last week to rocky road outfitters asking about their upcoming heavy duty cv's as their website says they should arrive late 2006.

what i wrote ~

Noticed on the website that you guys had a heavy duty cv coming out for the KJ in late 2006.

Umm, guys, its 2007.

Give us an update!

what was sent back to me ~

The manufacturer is still working on the design. We will post any firm release date news when we have it from the axle manufacturer.

we'll see what happens... blah blah blah

IIRC JE Reel is already making them and I think Jeepin' Al carries them.

Are they making these in extended versions?? Would this even help w/ the extreme angles caused by the lifts like the Frankenlift? It ideally seems like it would help.....? Anything HD is good!!!

sorry to bring this back from the dead. if you used these with rusty's coil lift/ rk 3.0 clevis lift and picked up some of al's upper a-arms then wouldn't you be sitting at around 5.5in? granted it never works out like that and al's probably still knocks the springs at that height. I know al's was HIGHLY modified and I'm retarded, so why wouldn't it work?
