Looks like it is designed for the older front bumper style. Will it work with the new front end style our CRD's have?

I believe it will. Awhile back someone posted pictures of an 05> bull bar on an 05/06. Looked good straight on, but I believe there was a decent sized gap between the bumper and bar.

ALL bull bars will be baned in europe on all suv's van's and trucks from may 2007
any autos older than that will be ok
say people have 8% chance of surviving being hit by auto with bull bar

I don't buy it. If it were solid, maybe. They bend in a wreck just like everything else.

Yea, we got em over here too. Tree huggers, etc. Everyone with a cause sees if they can get their agenda passed.

so my option at moment is i have paid for it and will be shipped tto day
at to minds about canceling it,so i get or cancel
have already once canceled it and yesterday reordered it
was talking to the testers here to give you cert that allow you to py your road tax and insurance to allow you to use on road and they don't have any thing saying not allow, talked to few sellers in motor shops and they say still allow to sure ,but most buy the A-BAR as might get less hassle
cops say you can use and don't know whats going to happen in may 2007 when euro ban comes in,all i know if you have bull bar before may 2007,you be allow to have
so debating if i cancel it or not

I bought an A bar for mud 4x4 and it does not fit a 06 Liberty no matter what these guys say. Currently trying to get my money back from them.

did you try to alter the brackets
is it the spacing in lower area of bumper thats causing the problem

2 things really.

No mounts for spot lights and the cross bar part is right against the bumper where the number plate needs to be and there is no where on the bar to mount the plate.

all this after asking him first if it would fit a 06 Cherokee.

would like to oreder the one from formula 4x4 but OMG the price is just to much for me at the moment.

I know but I can tell you that it not got them

also spoke to the guy from www.4x4x4.com and he tells me that the bar I got was just a cheap import from China and I reckon he is right the bar just has brakets weled on to the bottom in a very crude manner
