 Post subject: deposit paid on a Commander

well he went and done it Allan has put a deposit down on a 3.0 V6 Diesel Commander collect next Wednesday.

Man that thing is one ugly motor but I love it for just being so ugly. Still I will have my Liberty. :D Plus we are off on a road trip for the next few months round Europe and wanted a big beast to travel in.

The dealers must be having a hard time selling these. Fortunately although the car is being collect at a dealer close to us we have actually done the deal with the manufacturer direct it's a long story. If your interested i can post the whole story.

is there a forum for commanders.

found the site and I've got to say some on the things people have done to their motor is not what I would call cool.

Keep it standard is what I say maybe side steps but thats about it.

Have you examined the engine yet? Does it have "Mercedes" writen all over it?
