Orm, I have only just realised one slight 'problem' (if we want to call it that) that you might encounter.

It stops the people who want to remove their swaybar before offroading..........

Ok. Here is the prototype for my second gen. bumper. I tried to address all of the comments on my previous version. bare with me on the night photos. I will have better ones posted in the next few days. Also, the bumper is un-finished (not powdercoated) so, let's not get hung up on that issue. They WILL be shiped powdercoated. So here it goes..........

1. extended ends to match the fender flares
2. added additional tubes, mid span
3. clevis mounts (only one shown)
4. aluminum skid plate. integraded into bumper mounts. no need to drill or weld
5. not shown is the 16 gage plate to fill in the horizontal space between the upper and lower
tubes. I am still waiting on the dimple die set to arrive.
6. 2" reciever for portable winch

Very nice welds.

Once you mount that 16 gauge plate, that thing will look absolutely awesome. Just a thought, but once you start selling them, you should come up with a custom logo to cut into one of the plates. That would add a very nice touch. I just wouldnt do it on the front skid plates because it would catch stuff. I cant wait to see how these will look with lights.

Oh. And are you going to do one for 02s? And what are you going to do with the fogs?

I guess you liked your bumper so well that you didnt want anyone else to have one?

You didnt give up on it did you. I really liked what you had going.
