Looks like its pretty new, at least the website anyhow. Good find, not too far away either.

Google Maps says it's 3 hours away from where I live. Not too bad. I'd be willing to check it out sometime with a week or more advance notice. Kinda small. Might be worth booking for a private group run.

renting it is only for weekdays, and you'd need 10 to break even. let's try a March run there, while Eddo is still in the midwest crew (if he wants to go). It also looks stock friendly, so that should help get attendance up...

I was following the making of it on another board. It is new.. Seems like its nothing but mud. :?

They say they have trails for stockers, but I would say thats just a road. I would rather have rocks.. Eddo doesnt like mud either.

They made it sound like they had rocks too... On the other board, has anyone been there? Can they report on the trails?

I just been emailing a guy who's a member there. He said in the summer there's not much mud and enough rock for plenty of fun. He also said he'd help facilitate a LOST day there in the summer if we want...

Anyone heard anything on Black Mountain Recreation park in Harlan County, Ky Looks like there may be a lot of trails around that area besides Black Mountain, plus only about 80 miles farther than where you have been going. Just a thought
