Perhaps this can go in the fabrication section.

Does your new KJ bumper show off too much of the guts? Like this?
Image

I got some rubberized fabric like the kind you'd see in pond liners. Strong as heck. I slip it under the works and started to fasten it down first on top and then stretched and fastened underneath.

Some nips, tucks, folds and fastening on the odd shapes:

It's now ready for the new bumper

Bumper goes on tomorrow as soon as the paint dries.

Gotta wait 'til PM for help to arrive to help me lift the thing into place. On the shop floor right now after painting yesterday.

Patience gents. Tune in this pm.

BTW Californians don't like the reference Cali. At least us natives.

Looks like you put that front hitch to good use, I was going to buy one just for that purpose, but I figured I would never get around to making anything of it. Good work, cant wait to see it mounted up.

I've got a 'bad boy' already in my garage. I have a sickness and it's having everything in it's place in the garage. I am ANAL about where my tools go/stored. It's only in the garage, though! :P

You noticed. Beat to hell aren't they?

Just removed them to change out the diff and Tcase fluids. Originally came off to replace the $%^*^ steering rack. While I'm at it will cut out an oval in the Tranny skid where the exhaust header wants to hit it.
