haha i've been in your shoes.. it's an amazing lift .. the lower clevis is tricky to get back on.. but besides taht it's awesome! .. but dont forget to get the red boots for the rancho's in the bottom of the box.. then you have to take it all apart again :(

It looks great ( the difference between 245x75x16 and 265x75x16 is incredible)
How much trimming did you have to do?

ahh.. i hacked down the pinch welds and welded the inner fender shut.. wheel spacers so it misses the sway bar.. .. and im going to have to cut out a bit of the front bumper/ front of the inner fender... it rubs pretty good in the front of the wheel well.. but nothing major.. it's only plastic :D .. thanks for the comments..

and if your considering 265/75's.. the spare wont fit without hitting the bumper.. however you can rig it up with about .5 inch worth of washers...

My 265's fit on the rear tire carrier no problem didn't hit the bumber and the rear glass opened without hitting it either,of course when it was still on the rear carrier.Removed cause waiting on RL tire carrier.

strange.. pretty sure the 02 and 06 have the same bumper... the glass hit mine.. and it hit the bumper were the .. half circle indent is (dont know what to call it). perhaps they did change the bumper... who knows?

As far as the glass(holding the glass at the closest point to the tire),don't have a pic of the lower part showing the bumber.

Looks Great!!!

As far as the rear glass hitting the tire. Having the stock rims with stock backspacing vs. different rims would make a difference I would assume.

There was a post a long time ago - Darby said you could get more clearance on the spare by turning the mount upside down.
If I find it I'll add a link.

Okay

Troy listed it in his tire section

i agree with the wheel backspacing.. my 4 wheels are spaced but the spare is not.. i can see how if i had another 1.25 inch of backspacing it would've fit perfectly (the spare).. i think the problem is solved... maybe some soft 8's are in order... but i love the renny wheels.. it's never ending...

keep the renny wheels, the steel wheels are too heavy.
