I can get a 14.1 out of it, but a better driver can barely touch the 13's. I can run high 15's with no silly juice. That's running with the spare and skid plates still on it, and me in the seat weighing in at 200 lbs.

Than dag namit get those bash plates off and spare and pump up the silly juice !!

wow, a 13 sec KJ...............my god............

Blew the original motor after a year of playing with the N2O. The stock 3.7 simply can't handle that much power. Also, the intake manifold doesn't distribute the mix evenly, making some of your cylinders run leaner than others. If we rebuild the original motor to use N2O again, it will be getting forged rods and pistons, some bigger cams such as some 212's, and a 90 hp direct shot of N2O with 15 hp per cylinder. On the motor in the KJ right now, We're just going to do some 206 cams and ported heads once JBA ever finishes my headers. Then, if the afr requires it we may go to some slightly larger FMS injectors. Also, I'm thinking about a Frankenlift and some 255/70R17's if I can get them to fit. Think I might need to put the 1.25" spacers on it with the 17X7.5" rims to keep it from rubbing too badly. If we lift it, I don't see the silly juice going back on it because it will just be way too dangerous. You should see the look on the face of a driver of a civic with a muffler as the 4000 lb Jeep easily pulls away from them though. Priceless.

We need a video on Google of your KJ at 14 seconds with some good sound clips...also one from the inside pointing at the guage cluster.

Quite of few of us, I'm sure, have friends or acquiantances that own Japanese vehicles that they "pimped". Pimped=bumble-bee muffler and rims bigger than 18" that shine, but to them, these are racing mods. Beating them in a 1/4 mile, on the strip or on street, is almost better than giving your friend with a bigger truck (ego) the strap.
Kinda like this:

If you can't read it, it says "I got stuck, a Liberty pulled me out"

Same bolt pattern as a Ford, find a buddy wif some 'stang wheels with some stickys on em bolt em up an go. I've drag raced almost everything that moves at one time or another (800 hp 69 Mustang to 87 Murray riding mower-58 mph in 100 yds- in case you were wondering) drop your air presure to around 20 or so, knew guys that tried the 4x thing , then aired down and ran normally and found 2wd was quicker (not so many parts to get moving)
