Upper! Dis connect the rear sway bar and put a floor jack under one side, they'll go in easier.

hey racin, if all goes well, i will be duplicating what youve got/done/planning on doing......rustys with OME rears, spring isolators, and 3 or 4 locknuts per side ....let me know how you like it

Pete, I just did that. Got half inch rear pucks/isolators from AllJ and put em on top of my Rusty's springs and got some strut plates as well for the front. Is nice :)

What brand of isolators does All J Products sell? Can you stack two 1/2" isolators for 1" of lift? Is there any benefit to top versus bottom isolators?

I got the isolators from all J and I wouldn't recommend them. The top of my spring actually linda slips into the hole of the isolator not giving me the full amount of lifft. :? I am gonna just get the spring isolators from the dealer and call it good. AND they are cheaper than the all j's spacer.

If you take the stock top isolater off then put the allj spacer in then put the stock isolater back over it it wont slip.

HUh I never thought of trying that since they told me the spacer goes between the stock isolator and the spring.

it is made out of poly. i added an upper one (the thicker one out of the top and bottom).. ordered it from jeep for like.. $10 when i ordered the lift from rocklizardfabrications he suggested a extra stock one.. something bout rubber flexing/ cushioning more than the poly.

can someone explain to me the "limits" of isolators and plates

i have a rockfather lift, same height as frankenlift.....how high are we able to keep safely stacking these pieces without damaging ?

i know my front is sagging a bit which sucks due to my ARB...so i want to pump that back up ... and the rear also would benefit from some height
