I changed everything back down to 35watt bulbs instead of 55 and 100 watt .. My wire even though im on relays and fuses was getting a bit to warm..
I will probably put 100 watt bulbs on each end but thats about it .. its DEFInatly bright enouph dont you think???
one is with only my headlights the other is JUST my overhead lights...
Im pretty happy but omg did it take alot of research to get the right reflection angles and such..
im almost not even caring to put my kc lights.. the lights i made are enouph light ..
now i need side lights and rear lights.

the last picture is what they looked like when i was machining them.
Each Radius is different to converge on a certain location to get the right coverage for light.

That's impressive. You must be the only person on here who has manufactured their own lights. The light spread seems to be really good, too. What are you working on next?

I made the Rack with all the attachments like ski rack, shovel quick detach mount etc. , I made the Front Bars so i could have my brushguard and still have Tow hooks etc. , I cant work on much before moab. trying to get my trailer and my electronics all put in.
Mynext project is Aluminum Rear diff.. i wanted to complete it before moab but i just cant.. i only have 4 days to get my stuff together all my other days are filled with work, meetings or special occasions.

What's your reasoning for the rear diff? Are you planning to do the whole housing or just the cover? Keep us posted!
