You GOTTA take it in for the ball joint recall. Tell the stealership you think the sunroof has a defect too!

Judging from the picture, all that is wrong is that it is out of adjustment. There are 2 screws on the inside on each side. I don't remeber exactly what size they are by they are Torx and on the smaller side. The easiest way to check is to put your hand on the sunroof window and see if you can lift the rear right. If you can then the screw has simply loosed. They do have loctite on them but their toqrue is set at approx 2-4 NM at the factory. They might loosen.

If you can't move it, then locate the appropriate torx driver and loosen the screw slighltly so as not to remove is from it's channel. Raise that section of the glass a little and retighten it. You migh have to do it several times to get it perfect. The idea is to have the rear just slighyly higher than the front. An easy trick to do, is loosen and glass open door, and put fingers on sunroof just to make sure it's flush (or have someone help you). Push up slightly and secure. For a perfect sunroof aligment I start out with the front and work back. It doesn't matter what side you start on or even if it's only one side to do and the other is fine.

Just remember, hand tight torque. DO NOT STRIP THE SCREWS!

Hope that helps, but from the picture there is only so much we can do and it seems like the motor is working.

Then next step, could be the glass seal torn.......
