Picked up OE replacement sensor from Jeep Dealer. Made by BOSCH.
Plan on having a spare before cleaning the one on the rig.

# 0 281 002 437 -Original part # on sensor on engine
# 0 281 002 845 -New sensor, also BOSCH

I asked the parts manager if this was the correct one?, yes.
Specs on this sensor? Don'y have, can't get.
I called Bosch and asked for specs. An engineer called back and said
they don't have the specs. Said it was specific to Chrysler and I would have to call them.
Oh, and bye the way he said, The 845 is NOT interchangable with the 437.
Called Chrysler, they said to ask Jeep Dealer. Back to where I started.
I thought this would be of interest because if you get a new 845, what are you going to do?
Now, I do have the specs on the 437.
Does anybody have or know where I can find the specs on the 845?[/b]

Do you have a scan guage or similiar? It would be intereting to see readings under operating conditions on both sensors. Let us know :D

It's just a superceeded part number if memory serves me correctly. Although the P/N changes, the sensor itself is internally the same and has been since the introduction of the same engine in the RG application (minivan) and the KJ back in '02 i believe. No worries, if it plugs in it'll work just fine.

Well, decided to pull mine as well, just curious how it would look after 20000KM.

...Was plugged solid,
Also used ULSD pretty much since new, so no improvement over regular diesel by the looks of it.

Just pulled the MAF sensor, we'll see if it stays clear!.
