We're here but getting ready for moab. PM me if you're going to be around and we'll see if we can get together. I'm leaving thursday afternoon for moab. It would be better if it were a few weeks later.

We're in Macicopa City right now at a friends house and will be leaving for Tucson today to meet Jim Kinsey. The plan is to stay up at the Peppersauce campground Tues/Wed's nights and then back to Tucson/Benson to see the Kartcher Kaverns. Friday is the day I expect to be in the Bisbee area for a few days and then ...? I have till the 19th/20th and I have to be back in Cali.

Roachman and Jim have been in contact....You guys could call Dan for some info too. I'll be loosing my internet access pretty soon so it will be hit and miss for the next week.

hope to see you guys 8)

Hey sorry I didn't get backk to you this weekend but being on the road sometimes it's hard to make time to get online.

I'm in Oro Valley and will be making my way up to Watson Lake Tuesday after stopping in on Mike and Tammy in Mesa tomorrow. I was born there...(not at Mike and Tammy's......just in Mesa)

The plan is to camp at Watson Lake and then move along to Sedona/Jerome and then on to Oatman to pet the donkeys before going home and getting back on the hamster wheel.

If any of you AZ folks are around (I know this is moab time) send a PM and we'll see if we can make a trail ride happen.

Every time im in AZ im amazed at how it's grown and how much at home I feel.

Hope to catch up with some of you guys soon.

8)

Wow...what a great time we had:) We saw most of the State in the following order.

Maricopa City (friends house)
Chandler
Tucson
Oro Valley
Oracle (Mt Lemmon)
Benson (Kartchner Kaverns)
Patagonia (Camped at the lake)
Elgin (Vineyard tour)
Sierra Vista
Bisbee (The Shadey Dell ...man what a great place)
Tombstone
Globe
Miami
Superior
Mesa (Mike and Tammy's)
Prescott (Lynx lake campground....really nice up there)
Jerome
Sedona (Oak Creak camping)
Flagstaff

and then....finally came home !

(we never got to Oatman....I hope the Donkeys are still there when we get a chance to go !). Just about 2500 miles in 2 weeks, the KJ was great on the highway and the trails of Sedona too.

Jeff, you missed the self proclaimed "Premier Southwestern Border Community" of Douglas. Sounds like you two enjoyed yourself very much. Next time give us a heads up so we can hit a trail or two.
