I got my roof rack set-up pretty much finished. I recently got 4 used Hella 500 driving lights mounted to it. 100w bulbs and thicker-gauge wire are next. My rooftop set-up is turning out to be my cheapest mod so far. I got the ~$400 Garvin Wilderness Offroad 6" series rack for $20 locally and the lights used from a friend for $70. All the hardware for mounting the rack to the roof and the axe, shovel, and lights to the rack I got at Home Depot, costing no more than $30.

Just the headlights, fogs
The Hellas light up the hood real well. I'm gonna fab up some sort of light-shield. Other than that, I really like the driving beam pattern, it covers a lot of area and goes pretty far depending how you point it.
On another note, I'm ready to CAMP! I cut up some wood to make a floor for the rack because I have a two person tent that fits up there (rack dimensions: 80x48x6"). I didn't expect it to work out so well, but I set it all up in the driveway and found the most difficult thing is getting into the tent without a ladder

I'll have to find/create a solution for that.
