Well, I have some bad news here.

I will be undergoing a surgical procedure the week of this beach run and therefore I may not be fit enough to go wheelin' that weekend.

I am not canceling completely but my attendance is uncertian at this point. I am very sorry seeing as I pretty much brought this up in the first place.

I will keep you guys updated and please feel free to email me with any questions/comments at cobrien@image-ces.com

I was reading the fishing report for PIDS and it says the red tide is getting pretty bad. From about the 30 mile marker it is killing fish and it is so bad it will choke you, and make your eyes burn and cause you to have trouble breathing. I hope it clears before the 14th. Here is the web site I got the info. from. http://www.corpusfishing.com/. Just click on Padre Island on the left side of the screen under fishing report. Let me know what you all think.

I say let's see what it looks like on the 7th. If it's still bad, we can look at rescheduling or doing something else. I would say to wait until closer, but that wouldn't give us much time to change.

The other side is we can always stay north of it, and just cut the trip down some.

First off, I would like to begin by saying $%&$#$%!!! :shock:

Ok, I feel better now..... :lol:

Well stick a fork in this trip for me. The drive shaft on my FJ40 is toast and unreparable. That means I am going to have to buy a new shaft or get one made custom. I am leaning toward custom because of the 6" of lift and driveline angles. All that being said, if there was any chance of me being healthy enough to make the trip, monitary there would not be.

Take a ton of pics and be safe!!! Let me know if you guys need anything.

I'm not going to be able to make it. :cry:

I'm getting a new roof, as part of mine as blown off. The roofing company has my roof scheduled for Friday.

I'm up for rescheduling the trip if it works better for most people.
