Love my manual & wouldn't trade it. Good luck finding one though, used that is. They don't make 'em new unless you order from the factory that way, at least not here in the states. i had to order mine from the factory while still serving in Iraq. Was nice to come home to! ! !

You can come to Portland, Oregon and get the Manual which I traded to the dealer for the Automatic.
Only 2400 miles. They gave me $16,300 for it, so now you have insider bargaining power.
Right now they have it on their website for $17,990.
I hope someone buys it quick. I drive by it every day and it reminds me how I miss the manual transmission.
The automatic isn't too bad though, especially in Portland traffic jams.
But the manual had more power, was more fun, stayed in whatever gear I chose, and just felt more manly !!!
Buy it and get it out of my sight !!!!!

I'll even drive it to your doorstep. I need to visit my relatives in Indiana and Michigan.

I drive in the coastal mountians of Cali and I love the 5sp. I can make the KJ do what I want, when I want and how I want when it comes to needing more power instead of waiting for the auto to think about gear choice. The only thing that might be nice is to get rid of the automatically adjusting part of the hydro clutch or go back to steel cable.

They had brand new manual '07's listed in last Saturday's paper at $16,999 at Lithia motors here in Denver "5 at this price". I got a great deal last year at Lithia's for $17,300 including dark windows and cruise....Love it. But I still have battle scars getting that deal...
