Why would you need winterforce tires on a jeep? Unless it's 2wd don't bother wasting the cash and get a AT like the wrangler silent armors that will be excellent for every and all weather conditions. I speak from experience by living 500kms north of edmonton AB, CA where we get some of the most extremes winters. Road condtions are snow/ice covered for atleast 4 months and the silent armors perform flawlessly( note: i do use full time 4wd 90% of the winters)!! I would recommend these to anyone.

** why isn't this thread under tire section??

With all honesty, BFG AT KOs are THE best all terrain, all purpose tire out there. They wear like iron which was already stated so why not spend a couple bucks more a tire to get twice the life out of it? And they handle excellent in all weather conditions! Off road they are superb EXCEPT for in the the thick soupy doo doo, the cake up quick, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER AT TIRE. Trust me if you go with these tires you are not gonna be dissappointed!

with all honesty, have used the same exact tires you love. they have been well documented for lowering a vehicle's lateral G rating to mid to low 60s. they wear unevenly when rotated regularly, they have vague steering, noisy, and cost 3x what i paid.

same thing with forteras on the costing 3x as much thing.

and i got them because we live at 4000ft and we get feet of snow over night occasionally. and its mainly just our family transportation when its bad weather and playtoy, have another car for the rest of the time. there are tons of national forest trailheads within 30 min of here.

my initial road impression was very impressive. looking forward to getting all those biting edges in the dirt.
