My Jeep is squeeky!!!

Yeah, I know...turn the radio up :roll:

It only squeeks when I just start moving. It's coming from the back suspension/wheels. Wheels are not hot and it doesn't matter if I am breaking or not. It's like something needs lubbed because of the side to side motion and when I hit the gas and take off at normal speed it stops. It sounds like a hamster in run cage or something similar. I only say the rear but maybe the front. I am not sure what I could lube and what to use other than a silicone based spray. Thanks.

Join the club, it will go away in a couple of weeks/months or it will return worse.

If nothing falls off it is fine, that's my motto!

I hate squeeks, but I can't be bothered to find them anymore, every 6 months something else starts making sounds, I just help myself reminding that my next car will come from Germany.

Go around and re-check all of the torque settings on the bolts. It could be loose bolts on the rear shocks.

check sway bar mounts - several threads about lube/replace (and someone drilled mounts for grease fittings)
(Shock mounts should sound the same but no one's complained about them)
