Im not sure how, but Im going to do a ram air for the Liberty. It wont be centered, and I will probably use the stock airbox but cap off the normal intake. Im thinking the scoop should be on the right side of the hood. Offcenter, it may even look cooler

I think you could combine the WRX scoop with something like the ebay dual intakes. It would take some work, but you could fab up something to seal the intakes up against the hood. If you can keep the water out of it you should see a very noticeable difference. The 3.7 likes having huge amounts of cool air dumped into the motor. Just make sure and get the torque management removed from your PCM if you really want to feel the difference.

Here's one of the dual intakes.

Here's my hood. It's rather aggressive from the front.

It's bolt on and functional. It dumps all the air from the scoop right on top of a cone filter of the K&N, AEM, etc.

It's a little more stealthy from the side. Fun to have a sleeper.

Terry at Profinish-Proglass made it. It's the same as his 2 door convertible, other than mine has a larger opening on the bottom side of the hood. It looks more aggressive in certain colors I think.

I think he may have made a couple more from the mold after his and mine. Don't know though. A ton of people on the JU forum said they wanted them, but I'm the only person that bought one. He did mine as a one off with a couple thousand in other work.
