I was wondering :? if anyone has replaced their front passengers seat with one from another vehicle that folded flat for hauling longer items? there has been soo many times that i was hauling something long and if i would have had fold flat seats it coulda fit right in but they dont  i know that the Saturn VUE has fold flat seats but i dont know any others off of the top of my head tho, and i cant find any other pics right now
i would love to do it but i dont know if i can find any seats cheap and clean enough

I think the newer Nissan Extera and Frontier have fold flat seats.

That seems to be the most logical.........but don't try hauling that 6 foot party sub home while it's rainning.

I think new KK has fold flat front seat. That seat might be your best bet.

yes they are, all of the seats in a PT are easy to fold up or remove as needed for storage and hauling....it's sad that we use it more to haul things then the Jeep...lol....

true but it will also be a bit harder to come across those seats, now on the other hand a Pt crusier seat is quite a bit easier to come by

PT Cruiser seat would be perfect! Shouldn't be too hard to find either.

so....should i replace both front seats :? when i do it? so it looks better than having 2 different seats in the front

does anyone on here have a PT?, if so how are the seats?

just a guess but im prolly gonna have to make brackets too, right?
and raise them also so that they sit at the same height as the normal KJ seats do?

i found some nice leather ones on ebay for $130 and $170

I had a PT at one time. I greatly preferred those seats to the KJ. And I've had 2002, 2003, and 2005 KJ models, so I have a reference point.

I have a 06 PT limited. Very good seat with lumbar support. More comfortable than my 05 KJ Limited.

Well, if it is a direct bolt in, I would replace the two front seats and reupholster the entire interior so it all matches. This leads me to the next question....How many party subs do you intend to carry?

The last Neon I drove did not have a folt-flat front passenger seat. At least...I could never get it to fold flat.

That was, however, a number of years ago.
