do you guys actually feel this vibration? on mine there's only a slight hum coming from the drivetrain at about 65mph... sounds like harmonics or something... but we don't feel anything at all... no vibrating at all... think i should worry?

I feel the vibration in my back and in the steering wheel at highway speeds. I call the dealer today to get it back in and the said they tried everything they new but I have and appointment for Monday. They replaced the drivestaft and rebuilt the rear end.

mb - If you were having the vibration I was having you'd know it.

It was only from 50-50 and from 70-73mph, when applying pressure to the accelerator.

You could tell it was the driveshaft, not a violent vibration but enough that they should have replaced it. Feels almost like it's coming from the rearend but definately the center and not the wheels.

I still have a slight vibration at certain speeds but it's variable and nothing like before. Service Mgr, said if it gets any more noticible to bring it back in.

I have a similar vibration at highway speeds. If I let go of the steering wheel, you can clearly see it is vibrating all over the place...but the vehicle stays straight. I only have 600 miles on mine. Anyone have any ideas?

Vibration while on the accelerator is usually driveshaft, u-joints or out of balance.

Humming noise while on the accelerator is typically bearings, usually pinion bearings near the driveshaft (get's least amount of oil)

vibration at all speeds, on or off accelerator is usually out of balance wheels.

i know because:
1) u-joint failure @ 35k - 2 years
2) rear 8.25 pinion failure @ 45k - 2 1/2 years
3) mud in tires causing vibration - all the time.

dealer refused to fix under warrenty because of modifications, lift & locker.
