Hey guys, I'm not trying to go AWOL on you, but we had friends in town last weekend during the BML/EH run, and we're out of town next weekend for a wedding. I wish I could make this one, especially since it's a stocker run. I hope to be back in the mix come August.

Anyway, have fun!

Looking forward to meeting some of yall after the run at The Cheshire Cat in Arvada around 7pm for those that can make it. I'll be getting into Denver around 6pm from Kansas City, MO so I won't be joining yall on the ride but instead inviting yall out to dinner for a meet-n-greet. Hope some of yall can make it, take care and happy Trails!!!

Is there an official plan? Or are we sticking with the McDonald's in Idaho Springs at 0900? Yahoo! Maps lists it at Exit 241A.

My plan is to drive up Friday after work and stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Littleton. I don't get off until 4:30 and have about a 7 hour drive. I don't mind the drive, I've been looking for a good excuse to head up to the Denver area, but I don't want to try to find a spot to camp and pitch a tent a midnight. After the run I'm up for anything, the BrewPub sounds great, I love microbrews. I may camp Saturday, or I might stay in the hotel again, or I may head out, I'll play it by ear. I'm definately going to bring a fishing pole, is it fly only? I've got a cheap fly-rod and a spin cast. I haven't quite grasped fly fishing yet, maybe someone can give me some pointers. I've got a nice digital camera tha I'll bring for some pics.

Anyway look forward to meeting everyone, see you on the trails.
