Just PM me and I will mail it to you. Only the adapter not the filter. Will include original instructions.

I am a brave man but I will pass on this offer. I even let my dealer know about the ORM and air in filter problem and told them to leave that loose wire the h@!! alone. After what you just went through, I'm scared of that thing.
