...check the vacuume tubing the goes to your boost controller. Mine somehow found it's way underneath the turbo's heat shield and melted open. I replaced it with rubber vaccume tubing and made a straight shot from the nipple near the firewall to the boost controller, instead of the factory's idiotic path of running it right over the turbo. The stupid little factory silver-painted heat-shield didn't do anything to protect the tube from melting either.

Once you fix the problem, clear the code and enjoy having your boost back.
