I saw a White 05 CRD Limited at Century Doge /Jeep that was most likely a buy back they bought at a Chrysler auction. Did this come from somebody in LOST????

Hmmm.. same dealer pretty much said they didn't want mine in trade so I bet they got this one cheap with hopes of big profits.

I work at a used car dealer and the auction value for that is right around 16-17K, lowest would be about 13.5k with high miles (40+). Trust me, the markup is not that much but my knowledge is only from what I've seen from manheim auctions, the CRDs seem to be overpriced a bit but people are willingto pay for them. CRDs are rare and will hold their value no matter if they are a sport or a limited, the auction prices are about the same as ebay before shipping and all that other bs...

I read in a automotive weekly that Liberty CRD's are maintaining 82% of the diesel option price that was listed at $2k. All other diesels, pickups and MB's, are maintaining over 100% of the option cost  In other words most are gaining in value but the CRD is dropping. Still 82% of the original cost is not bad.
