The F37 change was to the Transmission module and Inmotion said they couldn't break the encryption on the TCM - so unless they could just do a blanket copy, and then you get into VIN programming - so I'm not sure how it would work.
However to the original question - from a marketing standpoint I think it could sell around the price of Inmotion's tuning - or maybe a little less - I think the performance per dollar is better with the engine tuning.
I just spent 2000 on the Suncoast & install and while the primary focus was to counteract F37 - and it was only partially successful on that, however I do feel I significantly improved the longevity of my transmission due to the new pump and converter, so I wouldn't have paid that much for the reprogram alone.
Ideally what Im thinking here is that we could do a "group" purchase where we all chipped in a little so that we could send off the ECM without having a vehicle down, for some people it doesnt matter, but for others it could be nice.
I really dont feel like spending $150 of my own money just to pass it around to others.
Of course if Inmotion could flash the VIN on the ECU then we could have a true core to exchange with them.
