I am based in Cape Town S.A. Just looking at your tyre size , you will probably get some rubbing with 245/75 especially on the pinch weld . One of my mates has a 2002 petrol with OME Lift using these size tyres , he also has a wheel spacer kit and he gets a lot of rubbing especially when turning full circle on articulation . The A-arms you intend putting on may help. Even with my 245/70 I regularly pop off the rear wheel arch sections and also butt up against the stabiliser bar on full turning circle . It really depends on what level of offroading you intend doing . Just my 6 pence worth . Good luck with the move .
