Found these lights on Ebay. The appear nice, but I wonder if they are any good.
Could they be mounted to the front bumper? How difficult would it be to wire them in,
preferably onto the same switch as the factory installed light bar?

Thats the same bulb as the hella 500 driving lights and they are fairly bright. ive got them on my libby. It wouldnt be that hard to wire it into ur factory light bar, but it all depends on what kind of wiring harness they come with.

Of course I'm just judging from the shots on that eBay page, but I'd say that people like Hella, KC and IPF might well disagree with that. To me, they don't look like the best quality available, but hey; book, cover, judge, whatever.

Wiring them (or any light really) into an existing switch is pretty easy. You wire them up as normal with their own dedicated relay and simply hijack the control wire from whichever switch you like to activate that relay.

Also, bear in mind that they're only 55w bulbs so although they might look cool they're not actually going to produce much light. I've got an additional 660w worth of lighting on my rig for offroad use, but sadly I don't have the snazzy "Jeep 4x4" chrome covers!
