26 days left until the Badlands run -> check out the graphic for the shirts here

So far there are 8 confirmed KJs, possibly 2 wranglers, and possibly 2 Cherokees

Overall I've some 25 people saying they'll show - should be a good showing

If you have not pm'd a shirt size please do so.

If you'd like to come and have not posted nows the time :D

Check out the Badlands date book/calender. I guess you guys will be sharing the trails w/ the Jeeps Gone Wild Club and their "Haunted Trail Ride". I wonder if they're setting anything up as far as the "haunted trails" go.... :P

I don't think I'm going to make it on Sat. but I'll be wheelin' on Sunday with all you guys that decide to stay. Hopefully its a good weekend as far as weather goes.

I've been there with Jeeps Gone Wild before and it wasn't that busy.

The busiest it's ever been was when I went in May with the Michiana Jeep Club. darn, it was busy as hell! About 3 or 4 times the usual amount of vehicles in the park that day.

You know any of those guys?? I'm close to a few of em' and they want me to come wheel w/ em' since there aren't any Libs around them but every run they hold I can't make... :?

They just had one this past saturday. They had like 14-16 rigs I believe...mostly XJs/TJs.

Which guys, MJC? Yep.

Jeeps Gone Wild? Nope.

Oh yeah I was tempted to go with the MJC on Saturday but I was there the previous week.

Yea I dont know anything about the Jeeps Gone Wild club...but I know a few MJC guys...not personally but I know of them...pass a couple every once in while.

You go to attica often? I'm always looking for someone to wheel with on the off weekends on a short notice since my plans change frequently. Seeing as how close I am, it doesn't bother me much to drive down there and spend the day wheelin'. I'd still like to get to the orange trail one day...haven't done it yet.

Orange is easy.

Last time we did white too, and green. It was fun.

That one ledge is the only place I think you'd need sliders, where your hilift came off. I think I dented my rear quarter panel/fender on that this past time, I dunno where that happened otherwise.

I've been to Attica 3x so far. My weekends are always open so yeah, let me know when you're going and such. The first time I brought my XJ stock and didn't go on orange, I rode with somebody else. The past 2 times tho after the lift Orange has been no problemo.

Callaway...I have some sliders my dad fabricated for me...should be mounted up and ready in time for this run.

Blaine B., if you're able to wheel on Sunday the 28th, let me know...I'd like to try the orange trail if you're game. :)

It's cool...I'm debating going on Saturday now...and camping for the night and riding Sunday too. I'll just have to see how things go closer to the date...but it's now a possibility.

Now I just need a roof rack to get all my supplies down....hmm....

Well, then I guess we're going on the orange trail lol.

I still need to buy a hi-lift and recovery strap, I had some cheap straps with the bloody hooks on the ends. I cut the hooks off but it kinda melted the strap material. They were crap anyway.

Sounds good...I'll plan on it!

Speaking of...I just bought a 48" Hi Lift...fits great underneath my rear seats! Works great...just need an offroad base because something tells me it's not going to be stable on slippery/uneven ground. They're like $56 w/ tax at TSC...I also got my straps there too...

Another thought coming to mind....how are we guna handle the Food issue on this run. as of right now...it looks like I may have 3 guests along with me...atleast 1 for sure (my girlfriend) and I was wondering if we were guna get everyone to bring something...or? What do ya think Rob and everyone?

We're going to have a number of vehicles there on sat and a handful on sunday (I'll be there both days...)

Don't get too hasty on declaring we'll run the orange - maybe we can split into groups later in the day and do more challenging things but lets see who shows up and how equipped they are :P After running with blaine be prepared to watch him go places we cant - there also will be a nicely modified zj and some mod'd wranglers

As for food... i was going to stock up on sandwich materials/ beverages/other easy stuff for the day - I plan on camping at the badlands so I'll bring grillables and perhaps after a run on saturday we can have a cook out @ the badlands campsite?

evan - pm shirt sizes and the total # of people w/you

Who all will be attending Saturday? Sunday? Both days?
