Hey everyone, Thanks for all the positive feedback on the bumper. (I'm just glad I can contribute something to our members here at LOST.)
A little background...I've been without a bumper for about 9 months since an accident. I didn't like what was currently on the market and couldn't wait any longer so I came up with a rough design and found a guy (Gordon) that used to make frames for Bourget Motorcycles. So, I'd like to take credit for the bumper but it was all Gordon. He runs a one man operation and specializes in tubework and lifts. After the response, I asked him if he would be open to making more. He usually does custom work and hates making mass produced items as that was what he did at Toys by Troy. However, he would be open to making these for those that want them.
The bumper is plated on the top. He can plate the openings on the "wings" for those that want them. The stinger is optional as is the skid plate underneath. There are six mounting points, two on either side of the winch mount, two at the end of the "wings" where we bolted it to the frame, and two underneath where the skidplate mounts to the bolts where the control arm is attached to the crossmemeber. There are two TJ hooks that are bolted on horizontally on either side of the winch, and two light taps at the top of the winch.
A couple of things I have already been thinking about:
1. On the next one, I wanted the lights to be integrated into the bumper, similar to the way the JK's have their lights.
2. For those that do not want a winch, I've been thinking of a design where we pull everything closer and have a tube running all the way across the front, and then plating it.
3. 04's willbe kind of hard. Got to think of a way to bring the bar up to cover where the turn signals go. Those will have to be incorporated somehow also.
4. I do not know how much it weighs. Gordon said less than 100 pounds but probably not a lot less. I also have the skidplate and the stinger on it so that will add to the weight. If there is interest, we will take the bumper off and weigh it since he will have to make a jig anyway
So, any combination of: winch/no winch, plate/no plate, stinger/no stinger, skidplate/ no skidplate can be made for you vehicle. I asked him for pricing and he said $600 steel or $700 powdercoated with every option. Because these pieces are large and beefy, it may require some assembly and/or welding once you get it.
So, Thanks again for the feedback.

Keep them coming for any changes you would like to see that he can incorporate, and please PM me if you are interested in getting one.
