SEGR Payment status & 5 SEGR kits still available

Loco... I need to slightly update the address you have for me, depending on how you are shipping it.

If it's coming via USPS, no change. If UPS/Fedex/Etc... Change the 95 Willow Bay Rd to 151 Willow Bay Rd.

I've moved slightly, but only my package address is different for the moment.

I'm also going to copy this in a PM to you, just in case.

Right now we are looking at the first of next week to start shipping. Depends how much work I have over the weekend. Also while dividing up resistors I noticed I forgot to order the 160K resistors. So if I can't get them at the local parts place I'll have digikey rush them out.

I got most of the kits that have been paid for shipped today. The remaining few will go out tommorrow. Those who have not yet paid will have one week to do so and then their kits will be available first paid first served. I do still have a couple that are not spoken for, so let me know ASAP if you'd like one.

4 kits left, but if some fellas don't pay up there might be a few more. Everyone who has paid has either been shipped their kit or if you requested it sent to UFO it shipped to him.

I am gearing up for the assembly line. I am starting out by building my kit, and double-checking the wire lengths in a built module. I will post pictures of my build, so you folks who are getting soldered boards from me will know the optimum orientation for connector and resistor mounting that takes advantage of the wires you will be getting. If there are any additional steps or sequences necessary, I will identify those too, probably on the builders thread so everyone has access to them. Those of you waiting on me, I will keep you updated on when you can expect your kit.

Loco you and some other guy talked about a mounting plate, my kit came with the box but no mounting plate. Is this something that we have to provide or not.

Yes if you want to add it. Since everyone has their own idea of where to mount it the kit is up to you on mounting. The kit was basically put together to save everyone a few bucks buy buying in bulk. I have seen it mounted behind the kick panel zip tied to the wire harness, mounted to a heat sink in the same location, or under the hood like Tim did.
