Dude, if you like chrome, CHROME the heck outta that thing! It's gonna get scratched up on the trails, but who cares? You need the chrome door guards, chrome grill, and chrome roof rails (from the Limited model KJ). You should get chrome rain-guards (or whatever those things are called over the leading/top edges of your windows. And either remove the bug shield or...what the heck CHROME IT!

And I think some of the guys were being sarcastic about the rear door handle, but I think you SHOULD chrome it (for continuity). And there actually IS a chrome tire cover. Get it! I can't find it right now, but if I do I'll post a link. And the mirrors should be chrome too. If you're gonna chrome it...CHROME IT!!

I'd love to see picts of the Rig and Harley.

personally I think he should go all black with the accents to go along with the wheel flares and roof rack. Chrome is for Limiteds! 8)

It's your Jeep. If you like it, then it's awesome. While you did kinda ask for the bashing, some of these posts seem overly harsh.

No bling bashing from me.... I dig the fact that you have taken the time to make it YOUR KJ. (props on the rack too.... it's a little tall and a little plastic for my taste but good job)

I do entirely agree with 2 things: 1) lose the deflector behind the brush guard (they key to chrome is simplicity) 2) Find some of the painted fender flares and paint them red to match. That would really complete the look you seem to be going for. And don't worry about ruining them off road.... there are plenty of guys doing crazy wheeling with the painted flares.

Just ignore all this other crap and go get your shiny red Jeep stuck somewhere 8)

hey! I've got a limited and the only thing thats chrome is the interior parts around the radio and HVAC.
