Well, we now know that the Electronic Stability Program on the KJ works. We were driving down the Pacific Motorway this afternoon when a ute about 3-4 cars in front of us lost something large (looked like a canopy cover or similar) from its load. Everyone behind was braking and swerving, and Liz had to brake really hard and change two lanes in one hell of a hurry to avoid a collision. The ABS and ESP did exactly what it was meant to and the KJ remained under full control all the time.

And we were towing the trailer at the time!

Although I have never had a situation like that I have got out when it was snowy and played around a bit. The ESP definantly does its job well. Its nice to know its there, especially since my wife drives the CRD 99% of the time.

We are pleased to hear, not only did the KJ perform as it should, but you & Liz survived unscathed!!
