I noticed a little drip of fluid on the side of my radiator cap and a couple drops on some hoses where it had spit a little bit.

After sitting overnight I took the cap off and noticed the fluid is about a centimeter from the top.
Should it be that high?

The overflow container is right at the "full" line.
