Where do you go to buy steel wheels or what cirrently available wheels fit? I am looking for standard steel wheels that I would paint body color or black.

Besides local shops you can try the Tire Rack. Or try a junk yard. Sir Sam may know of some, he has been raiding the yards for parts.

What is the standard rim size for the 06 CRD's? 16x8 with 5x5.5 bolt patters??

No they are 16x7 and 5 on 4.5 with 5.5 backspacing(I think on the bs)

Search on craigslist.org in your area. There are always a set on there around here. I got a set of 4 steelies off a Liberty from there. It's usually less than $100.

Wheels are 16 x 8 with 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern and 5" back spacing. I orderd a set of 5 steel wheels from Summit, I like the look of black steel wheels, cant wait to put them on the Jeep.
