So does this sound correct on my 2005CRD?
The toggle ignition key trick (since it supposedly transposes the last two digits)
P0110 is actually P0101 MAF Sens Perf
P2299 is actually P2299 Brake Pedal Pos / Accelerator Pedal Pos Incompatible
P0410 is actually P0401 EGR Sys Failure
Since it has 51,000 miles and is out of warrantee for this items if I have a trusted shop can I take it to them if the have the code scanner

Take the Jeep to autozone, have them clear the codes, see which ones reoccur - you can simply unplug the MAF sensor, which will then always give the MAF code, but it also defeats the EGR system, by which it should run much better.

Save yer repair money - see the SEGR modules thread, get the SEGR for a permanent fix, no CEL, improved power - ~80bucks

I sent UFO a pm asking him about his kits. I did not think Autozone would clear codes just read them. There is a autozone close to me in Porter. I will give them a try. If I unplug the MAF don't I have to cover the hole and put the MAF in a plastic bag?

Good, but you'll need to get the kit from LocoCRD, then have UFO build it.

You can plastic-bag the connector, but it's easier to push the red\orange lock back in, then replace the connector without forcing it past the locked-out position - that protects them both.

You out 59?

Got those when my EGR & air flow valve (AFC?) went out...

The Brake pedal issue was because I power-braked to keep it going at red lights. If you don't press the brake hard enough and it moves, off goes the light.
