Toy4everyseason,
In your HO do you see anyway that a person could install the bull bar and tow hooks as seen here:

I just don't want to drill holes anywhere just like I am trying to figure out a way to provide multiple mounting locatins for off road flag without adding holes anywhere. My first idea was to have the wife in the back seat with the sky slider open holding the flag.
Hmmm first off I'll send you to my "how to" thread that shows the brackets and bolt plates included in the kit.

Ok if you look in the first picture, the top black brackets are what attaches to the Libby. Now there is about 3/4 of an inch room to the center of the bolt holes and the inside of the bracket. That's the first issue, you'd have to measure the total outside diameter of the tow hooks and also measure the distance from the center of the bolt holes and the outside of the tow hooks. If the tow hooks fit inside the bracket it may work. The problem then would be the bolt plates that bolt up to the bracket. With the tow hooks attached inside the brackets the bolt plates are not long enough and new ones would need to be made. The 3rd issue is the skid plate on my bully bar covers the area that would allow access to the hooks. Will it work?!? hard to say, it depends on which bully bar you purchase and how much you like to modify parts and cars.
