Funny that you should ask anyone and there brother can come on. As long as you have a clean driving record/clean record. They have this cool little scanner that scans your drivers license and looks for warrants/stuff like that. Come on do you think that anyone saw anything. Heck no. Let me say this without sounding too cynical I am the only non-ethnic family on my block 1 out of 20 homes.

Well you see, there is the problem! An unethical person!

You know, it is a shame how security is today on any military post. I'm retired Army and have spent a lot of time in military campgrounds after I got out. One time I had to park my motorhome in an overflow area till the next morning. I was right next to about 10 A-10 Warthogs. During the night there was nobody around! Anyone could have walked right onto the base with satchel charges and walked right up to the planes. BOOM! I mentioned it the next day. All I got was a shrug!

people have no respect for others things.
thats why im a light sleeper and have a taurus under my pillow.
if someone breaks in my property, they'll be well greeted with the business end of a 9mm.

hopefully what ever they try to steal will be worth their life.

thats bullshyte someone would be so spineless.

They think it was a some lil teenager because the failed attempt at a break in and it was so sloppy. They did not even fingerprint WTF!

Yeah im about the same way. On all my other vehicles i had security systems that are ment for lambo's and vehicles in that price reange so that if some one even touches or brushes agiants it it goes nuts. An i go a steap further with the gun ive got my loaded and chamber 6.8SPC M4 under my bead waiting to go. After i got back from iraq last november i thought someone was breaking in; didnt live in the best of neighaborhoods; so i snuck ouf of bed and waited in the living room. As soon at the F#$ker started coming through the window i racked a round as loud as i could and he/she just kind of turned right back around. My wife thought i was nuts for keping a few loaded weapons in the house now she really doesnt think that anymore. An as far as the actual break in on your truck i have no clue what the fool was doing. Most door loks have a second mechanism farther down in the door; hence the use of jimmy bars; so even if he did pop the handle of hes still not getting in. He would have better off just poping the window.

My favorite is a Remington Model 870, or a .45 Cal pistol.

I don't think saying that the ethnicity of your surroundings is worthy of stating here. You obviously have a predetermined outlook of other races.

I have been to many Army posts, none since 9-11 though. Army posts are wide open. You don't need to go through a gate. You can walk on from anywhere. I would hope they changed that since 9-11, but you say anyone can get on base with a currently clean driving record. Could be anyone.

Maybe they tried to break in because you're the most ignorant on the block. What a jerk!

I work for a county recycling outfit that is also contracted to pick up the recyclables at FT Dix and McGuire AFB. Getting onto base is not easy. There is only one way for big trucks to get in and that is Checkpoint 9. all the others go in at CP 1 in Wrightstown or the main entrance on saylors pond road in New Hanover. Nobody gets onto base without the MPs knowing about it. If anything, it was probably the demon spawn of one of your fellow soldiers.

Fine Ill just put it like this we are the only white couple on the block. That makes me ignorant. nice. Glad you read that from my post. Glad thats what people really care about I make a simple statement and that makes me a ignorant jerk. But the only ignorant person I see is the lil punk who attempted to break into my car. I was always told never to bring race, religion and politics up to anybody because it always starts something. You make one comment and people ask a thousand freakin questions. Cant stand people like that! Army bases suck they are open to basically anyone. Navy bases it doesnt happen like this my car would of already been stolen.

Nice. Certainly cleared up any unanswered questions. Being white doesn't make you ignorant. It is your assumption that everyone thinks the same way you do about other races. Maybe you should have listened when they "always told" you.The moderators might as well lock this thread now before it gets any worse.
