Does anybody know how much if any lift daystar strut plate gives?

The plate combined with the spacers gives me between 2.5" to 3". Im not sure how much it gives by itself

None. It just allows the strut assembly to stretch out more so you can fit a spacer and taller springs inside the assembly.
