Howdy Friends,

I have a "Winter is on the way even in south Texas" question.

I have standard manual, cloth, sport bucket seats but my woman would like to have a heated seat. Does anyone have any economical suggestions short of buying a heated seat? Is there a heated seat cover, like a heated blanket, that I could put on the drivers seat or passenger seat depending where my darling chooses to sit?

I suppose I could just plug in an electric heating element into the cigarrete lighter type power outlet. Are there any products anyone can recommend which can be moved from seat to seat to heat the lower back and buttocks? I don't need a heated seat myself but my partner, Dawn, finds the heat on her lower back to be therapeutic. Thanks.

In trust of Jeeps and Jeep owners, :)

Scooby.

I know there are heated seat covers you can get. You might try doing a Google search.

If you love her that much, you sit on them to warm them up.

tHere is a heated seat thing they sell in one of the 4x4 catalogs. I wish I could help out more than that, but I just tossed them.
