So, I know this is a lot of pictures to try to digest, but I'm really trying to catch every possible angle.

I'd sure like to take a few shots with blue sky in the background. Not much of that around here right now. Oh, well, we can sure use the snow.

First of all, to address the water bottle protection issue. I hope these shots give you an idea of what to expect:

Here's a Photoshop of what's coming next (the Hella 500 driving lights). I've had these for months and just haven't gotten around to installing them.

Image

This is just to give you an idea of what it looks like if you opt NOT to get the integrated 2" PIAA driving lights and go with some cheap Hellas instead.

Love it!
Can OEM fog lights fit where the PIAA's are located?

Possibly. They are going to try to get their hands on an OEM fog light so that they can find out. But it would require some modification to the hole and mount, since the PIAAs mount totally differently from the OEMs.

Yeah I really like this bumper, even the "old lady" said she likes it  !! Just wouldn't be right to pay hundreds of dollars to get it shipped to canada and then pay a few hundred more for duty!! The north sucks!we'll see
The piaa lights really look great! Do they seem much better then the factory fogs?

Well, I was operating without fogs because I had cut them away for a better approach angle. But, as I remember, the stock fogs are outstanding. I remember using them in snow storms and fog and really being impressed.

I haven't used these in fog or snow yet, but they look pretty amazing against my garage door. :) I would imagine that they are equal or superior to the OEM fogs.

Troysterr/JHCRASH,
Jason I’m sure you’re a great fabricator and I don’t mean to insult you or your works in any way. The bumper looks very nice and has tremendous appeal.
How does this bumper hold up when using it for pulling? Have you tested those tabs? I would hate to put a clevis/strap to pull out let’s say a stump and end up possibly damaging the bumper.

MC these pics are from the 05-07 model bumper. I think this is what you wanted to know.

I have got the measurements for the stock fogs and unfortunately they will not work they are to big to fit there, However there are much cheaper lights than the PIAA's that will fit that are good lights.

If for some reason you were able to do some damage doing so I would repair it for you however I would want to see how the damage was done. The shackle mounts are welded to the face of the bumper itself and to the accents as well I really dont think you could hurt them. Or the bumper the way the force is distributed. :D

I thought it was always good to weld in from the back side of the bumper not just the front??
