I am in the military, stationed in San Angelo TX. I plan on looking into a new suspension and tires soon and would like to know if there is a good place out here to have it installed. Anyone got any advice?

Thanks

Know of any good offroad JEEP places that could hook me up with a suspension upgrade and maybe tires?

Doesn't your military installation have a Auto Hobby Shop? You could easily do it yourself there.

No...we are fighting a GWOT. No funds in budget. Plus my days are really busy...no time for much...would rather have it done right and quick.

I am iterested in a OME suspension. Stuiped question...is there a particular one or is it all the same and where should I get it from. Or is there a better suspension out there (?).

OME is a great choice, it just depends on how huch you want to spend and how much lift you want.

OME mediums if staying with stock bumper.
The OME HD if you plan on adding an aftermarket bumper.

Frankenlift use OME springs and can also have OME struts and shocks; it gives more lift Approx. 3-3 1/4". Good for steel bumper and winch combo.

What a small world. I just spent a year working at Angelo State! Did not get offroad much in that time but the area itself is pretty cool. Nothing like seeing rather large bucks in your neighborhood. Feel free to PM me if you need more local information.

I would like to fit 245/75/16's 0r 265/70/16's. I guess that put's me in the 2.5" to 3" range (?). Don't want to do a lot of mods to get the tires to fit (if I can).
