I finally got around to change the rear wiper when I was changing the front and went to O'Reilly's and bought replacements and put the front on no problem but had issues with the rear one. It did not fit..the length was correct..11" but the inserts would not lock it in place so I went back to see what was up and after the clerk played with it and checked his computer he said it appears that it is a dealer item since it does not the common fitting. The replacement was an Anco 31-11. What is the story and where do you get replacements?

Just like he said....go to the dealer....should be around $10-15. I've only replaced mine once in 5 years, but I need another one.

I was able to find one at a local auto parts store. For some reason the whole blade doesn't contact the window though. figures :?

Same thing on mine, the inserts don't fit correct. :?

I jammed it in and have been using it, but I imagine it's only a matter of time before it goes flying off.

I replaced mine with one from the dealer. It is a piece of crap. It streaks very badly. It always did also. :x

I've been meaning to try the Bosch Hindsight ones.

http://www.boschautoparts.com/Products/ ... dsight.htm

According to the part finder they fit by using the separate enclosed connector. Mine now only touches in the middle and streaks at that.

That one should work, you have to pop of the Anco adapter and then pop off and reuse the stock blade adaptor. I think that the "hub" or pivot on most wiper blades are the same.

I bought a brand called "Duralast" from one of the chains forget which one, not Pep Boys. The one with the orange lettering everywhere. Anyway, I replaced all the blades with no problem.

You guys got an exact replacement at autozone? And it fit the rear arm? My 03 has this weird clasp design that nothing would fit, of course, I haven't checked again in a couple of years....guess I'll have to check again

I beleive the Duralast name is the private lable used by Advanced Auto Parts.

I have and will continue to recommend just using the Factory replacement wiper blade for the rear window. It costs about the same as any replacement piece and will fit better and stay in place unlike some other models. The last time I replaced mine was 1 year ago for ~$10.00... Just called ahead to make sure they have one and picked it up on the way home from work.

I was able to trim one that was too long down to size.
