yes, this is something else to consider, with the weak(ugh) dollar right now it may be pretty cheap to buy them here even compared to the price you could buy them from a retailer there.

for me sam.if i was to get here ,i would have to buy from a supplyer in UK and get hit hard with currency of UK pound to euro in ireland,i used to travel to UK alot to see friends ,but not as much anymore as its cost so much changing from euro currency to sterling pounds, pity as i enjoy it,any back to hoses, buying from states group buy works out cheaper even if i get hit with customs

It's probably more like $300 for a set...

They are much better than the stock hoses. They are not out just quite yet, but will be soon.

Both hoses. Turbo to cooler, cooler to intake.

I still want mine when they are available. 27000m
and no blow hoses yet.
Since ehm, orm and segr at 23000 hoses seem to be drying out
meaning all that oil is not soaking into the hoses.
Just my point of view.
Steve

What? Eep.

I'm hoping for some good information down the line. I got a non-VGT/VNT turbo in my KJ, and I like it that way. Can you also share with us how this information has come up? Who has had one hose fitted on a non-VGT/VNT turbo and said it was the wrong shape/size?

 :( :(

Thanks man. Also thanks for the effort of getting Samco to produce hoses for us!

Uffe, do us all a favor, pull your boost hoses off and report back what part numbers you have printed on them.

Yes, as usual the weathergods decided it should rain in Barcelona this past weekend so I could not be of any help for you guys.

Anyway, what Jimmy showed us there's a big difference between the hoses as they are now and what we '01-'04 kj CRD owners need.

I've set up the same thread in the euro lost section, please, if you have an older KJ 2.5 or 2.8 CRD let us know if you're interested.

http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=29206

Sam I hope you don't mind that I'm stealing your idea? I just think that Samco will have a much bigger market since the CRD has only been available for a short while in the US.
