What I did was SLOWLY feed it into the TB. If you go too fast you will hydrolock the engine. If you want to do it into the brake booster/vacuum, there is a how-to I found:

Use the bigger hose coming out of the master cylinder. Use about 1/2 can. After your done, what 10-15 minutes and start the engine.
For the crankcase (oil), pour about 1/2-1/3 of the can into the oil fill tube and drive for 200 miles and then change oil/spark plugs)
For the gas tank: Full tank, use 1 whole can. 1/2 tank use 1/2 can. Simply pour it into the gas tank.
You're going to need more than one can for all three treatments. Also there will be A LOT of smoke coming out of your tailpipe when your done, but I'm sure you already knew that.
