Here's some pics of my new setup. 8)

Frankenlift(OME springs)
15x8" Pro-comp Xtreme Steel Monster Mods w/3.75" backspacing
31x10.5 R15 BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO's

I had to pound down the pinch weld in the front wheel well, and it's drivable, but I need to cut away some more plastic on the front fenderwell liner before I can turn at full lock without rubbing.

Enjoy.

Looking good!!! Where in Albuquerque are you? I was raised in the NE heights and my bro is living near San Mateo and Comanche. Folks up near Juan Tabo and Tramway.

Justin

P.S. My bro just picked up an 86' Grand Wagoneer, not a woody though (woody= Grand Wagoneer with fake wood sides for those of you interested in misinterpreting :P)

How much clearance do you have at the caliper w/ those wheels?

Your front end looks much higher than others with Frankenlifts. Perhaps no settling yet?

He's parked pointed up on a hill, taking a little weight off the front end. Mine looks about like his height-wise. One of my co-workers has a stock '03 and I sit about 4" higher than he does, and my tires are only 1/2" bigger.

Thanks everyone, I'm pretty impressed with the setup myself.

carrol952: I live off of indian school, just east of juan tabo. It puts me really close to I-40 for going up the backside of the sandias for snowboarding...

RkyMtnKJ: Yeah, I like the backspacing, its hard to get used to though, because the stock KJ drove really well in the corners, then when I got the frankenlift, it was a little more wobbly in the corners, and now, with the tires set that far out it feels low and solid. It almost seems as if it is lower than it was before the lift and 31" tires because of the stability...

JJsKJ: I'm not exactly sure, but I'll get under the car and snap a picture for you if you're curious.

Tokyojoe: My front end makes the rear end look saggy, I thought it would settle after a couple of days but it's been a month or more and it's still sitting tall. I asked the guy at All J's to put heavy duty OME springs in the front for when I get all my skids and maybe even a steel bumper. I

have the car the way I like it for right now. Next spring I think I'm going to get all of the skids and boulder bars at the same time. But I want to pay off some debts before that...

No kidding? I got in a car accident once at Juan Tabo and Constitution lol. When I was little we lived in the same area, near Chelwood Elementary. That's the best side of the mountains, I really miss them.
