Does anyone know if this will work for my 05 http://www.quadratec.com/products/12011_90X_PG.htm If it will I am going to get one and put it on the rear so I can change it myself easily.

Email Blue Torch Fab today and they have covers available for the corp 8.25. Their website says out of stock, but they said they had them in ready to ship. I am going to order one this week I think.

To bad ARB doesnt have one for our rear. Got one on the front of one of my other Jeeps and that thing is super beefy.

Looks beefy. Probably still a good idea to take the cover off at least every other fluid change to check for any damage and remove metal shavings.

Not sure but, that looks like the one Rock Lizzard had but Marty stopped selling because of quality issues. Marty had been talking to another vendor but I have no idea is he ever got one with all the other items he has one the long "to-do" list if he ever got a new vendor.

I have a RuffStuff diff cover, It leaked, was badly welded, but the owner said he would re-weld if I sent it back. I ended up having my local shop re-weld it. I also replaced the stainless hardware which is pretty soft stuff with steel fasteners. It works great now. Its a pretty beefy cover, not likely to break it.

Oh yea, it had to be clearanced on the ring to clear my locker

if anyone ever needs one re welded i would be glad to do it cheap. it sucks that when u get one u might have to re weld it. so if any LOST member ever needs help there i would be glad to re weld it with stainless filler.
has anyone ever tried the one from Rusty's? its just 50 bucks right now and i figured it was worth anything i would pic one up next week or so.
