Intresting. Still probably need to new control arms like Jeepin Al's. Looks like it could have some potential.

Definitely still need LONGER control arms. JeepinAls are stock length.

If you are talking about Al's upper arms, they are actually 1/4" longer than the factory ones.

Just get a big old sawzall and I'm sure you could get some 34s on their now. Never mind the front diff, the turning radius, and how sluggish she would be on the street. You would get the respect of all the rednecks.

it's about time someone came out with better CV's. They have been running custom CV's in the desert racing for years (Baja 1000, Score series, etc). They run a lot of 930 CV's with a custom race for extended movement.

I know what I'm going to buy in mid to late 2006 8)

Maybe longer control arms will be out by then, I already have my control arms contacting the spring cushion thingy that frankenlift supplied... At rest on level ground. It makes for a noisy experience.

This weekend on Holcomb Creek, the Wranglers sure showed my KJ what it needed :D I'm just a little lower than the TJ/YJ and my control arms get in the way from time to time. Bigger lift (4" range?) would be nice ... it would give me more peace of mind.

hehe, yeah... won't get respect still, but I don't care about that. Front diff, oh the front diff.....I suppose I will be patiently waiting for the SFA conversion probably be cheaper overall, hey clint any updates on that? I got a few years til I am paid off so I got time :wink:

Very happy with her onroad right now though, drives great!

ahhh can't wait to run pritchett canyon or behind the rocks in moab some day in my KJ.
