Now that John has his rock rails on, I'm thinking we should go test them out.

I'm thinking Sidewinder would be a decent trail for this purpose

If not, we can take the outer loop and still hit some rocks.

It's been raining out in that region for the last couple of weekends, so the trail might be slightly washed out, but will still be fun.

If more people would like to attend, I am taking suggestions on time to meet and location.

My favorite time to go out there is about 10 AM and we could meet at the Rest Area at the Buckman Springs exit off of the I-8 East.

Hit me back if this works out for anybody interested. (I hope JJ is down!)

You are killing me....... I so badly want to go but I have some fine tuning to do to the KJ before I can make a run down there. Most likely, I will be spending this weekend doing that.....oh and my stupid homework too.....ugh.

So bring the XJ down or the wife's KJ- all in all it will be a nice cruise. Everyone has something going on. I definitely understand about the SFA tuning. Good luck with that and I can't wait to see that beast.

I hope other people respond...it's like a ghost town around here....

Same here...I wanted to go to Corral Canyon/Los Pinos Lookout on Sunday the 24th. I would love to go Saturday but my family and I have plans all that afternoon so we wouldn't get much wheeling in. Sunday I'm open all day.

I'm glad that day works for more people, I just want to go wheel and see more KJ's in action.

I look forward to seeing you guys all SUN.

Is 10 AM at 4 Corners still good for everyone?

Sounds good to me...where in San Diego is everybody? Maybe if we're close enough to each other we can meet somewhere and drive up in a caravan? I'm in Scripps Ranch, between Mira Mesa and Poway.

I live in Pt. Loma area- near the I-8. John lives up near La Jolla. I will try and find a good location off of the I-8E that we can meet at before we get rolling out there.

Is Tarl going to wheel his XJ as well?

Finally, a meeting between the San Diego KJs! Now we just need to decide, Rocks or Mud??? It may come down to whether or not it actually rains on Sunday...

Yeah I have spotted you before- you really can't miss that Jeep. I work up the hill from you.

I might have another friend of mine roll out there with his Ranger. It's stock, but he should be able to do most of the stuff out there that doesn't involve rocks.

I think Tarl will roll out there, but I'm not sure- Corey will have to drive his Jeep out there.

There will definitely be a little mud out there. I'll leave the rocks decision up to the majority of the group when we get out there.

Sounds great. It might be pouring out there when we go, but it will be fun.
