or use a friend with a 5-6' 2x4 to pry against the frame to get it moved where it needs to be...

(page 2 for the 2x4)

Moose is talking about trying to get the lower clevis fork bolt back in when installing the Frankie because of the longer lenght of the strut assembly. A lot of people go through he11 fighting with that bolt.

The lower swaybar link bolt and the upper BJ needs to be disconnected, raise new strut assembly up in to the fender and put strutplate nuts on loosely to hold, then put strut fork on and get the lower bolt in and tighten it, and the upper clevis bolt. then put floor jack under lower A-arm and raise to reconnect the upper BJ nut. Then connect swaybar link, put tires back on, lower to ground and then tighten strutplate nuts, install battery and air box.

Yea man make sure you use a rachet strap. That is what I did. It will make you life EASYER!

I just did my lift last week

if you use a 2x4 against the frame, make sure you are careful not to slip and tear one of your boots.

This is not my pictures or my work. I used this EXACT picture to do mine and it was AWSOME. You will find a few holes on your front skid plate. This works very well.
You will need 2 people and also good idea to use a 2nd floor jack. It will get hard and you will feel pressure, this is why we used a 2nd jack stand.

Take your time and it will work. It took me 5 mins to get it done.

Thanks Jeep Dawg that helped. Now I see what you are talking about. Hopefully all will go well with my install. I will be using hand tools and a set of spring compressors so I am a little scared.

No Problem Moab. That is what we are all here for.\
\Be careful with your spring comps.
Take your time.

I am glad I did not have to go that direction.

Here is the fourm I used before I did my Frankenlift. I hope it helps you like it did for me
